DAT-Consultancy constitutes the main node in a network of carefully selected partner debt collection agencies and law firms. Our head office is located in the Netherlands, and it is from here we direct our daily routine and monitor all actions of our partner offices. Our membership (2008-2011) of an international collections network (Global Credit Solutions) had added substantial knowledge and experience to our collection practices and has established a firm basis for our own international collections branche.

DAT-Turkey is one of our largest collection branches, as it is where we originate from. We have an affiliated law office in Istanbul, next to our contracted law firm, from where we organize our collection activities in Turkey. Our debt collection agents there are all Turkish nationals operative in Turkey. We have agents in Istanbul, Izmir, and Ankara who can approach the debtors in their mother tongue, and from their location can always instantly plan a site visit to a debtor. Each collection case is assigned to one of these agents which does facilitate the communication for our clients.

Should a case be brought legal i.e. starting of enforcement procedures, we have a durable cooperation in place with one of Istanbul\'s most respected law firms Yılmaz Hukuk ©. They are active in various legal fields with as core practice corporate, real estate, commercial, shipping/transportation law along with dispute resolution, and have broad experience in representing domestic and international clients. Since August 2011 Yılmaz Hukuk and DAT-Consultancy have put their signatures under an agreement paving the road for a long term and fruitful business relationship.

Since 2007 DAT-Consultancy has brought international debt collection to Turkey and has built a stong name in Turkey as a collections partner for middle sized companies having bad debts abroad.†We have yet assisted hundreds of Turkish companies with their international risk management and have recovered considerable money from their international debtors.
