| When a case has come to a point in which we deem to have exhausted all our options we will inform the client likewise. Subsequently, and only after the explicit permission of the client, we issue a final legal notification letter signed and sent by our lawyer. Within this letter the debtor will be notified on the upcoming transfer of the case to the lawyer and all forthcoming legal and financial repercussions. In addition, a representative of our law firm will make one collection call to debtor in order to give debtor a final opportunity to arrange an out-of-Court settlement. It is our experience that debtors do often choose to start making a first payment exactly after this call as they realize that hereafter they cannot avoid legal proceedings any longer. The advantage of these two exclusive actions is that creditor does not have to go through the whole administrative procedure of filling out and obtaining an Apostille for the Power of Attorney.
