Debt collection in Turkey is a relatively new business sector, which has until a couple of years ago always been in the hands of a powerful lawyer lobby. Foreign creditors had no other choice than to assign a lawyer by PoA and to pay high advance fees and/or hourly rates, looking at lengthy proceedings, with no guarantees on any successful recovery.

We have therefore introduced the pre-legal option by which on a no-win-no-fee basis our clients can assign us to start collection proceedings. Via an intelligent construction our collection agents then start the collection process, monitored by, and on behalf of, our contracted lawyers. This process includes three follow up demand letters, in between which we make several collection calls and bring site visits whenever possible. After a short mediation period this leads is in 70% to a successful resolution in the form of a negotiated settlement or a repayment schedule.

This approach has been proven a successful formula in the past three years since our inception.

As part of a campaign to get our name heard around the globe, until the end of this year we are offering a flat rate of 10% commission fee for all debt files assigned to us until 25K.
