Let us watch over your client's payment discipline.
The Modern Debt Payment Monitoring Solutions are designed to increase your cash-flow and to decrease the risk invoices getting overdue. By a combination of our debt collection service, and our factoring capacity, your clients will constantly be made aware of their payment obligations. Upon invoicing, from the time of issue untill the invoice its due date, and also after an invoice gets overdue, our monitoring service will make sure your invoices eventually get paid.
It works as follows:
1. Your invoices will be issued by us, via us, or with reference to us.
2. We will send a reminder 10 days after issuance, 2 weeks before the due date, and 2 days before the due date.
3. If an invoice gets overdue, we will start a debt collection procedure.
4. If a debt collection procedure fails, upon your consent, we will arrange for legal enforcement.
5. For each invoice, irrespective of the amount, you pay a certain flat commission rate, only to be paid upon payment of the invoice. This flat rate covers for the full above stated service package. You do not pay anything in advance. The minimum duration of a contract is 3 months.

Your benefits are:

1. You do not have to worry about the issuance of invoices, monitoring payments, and sending reminders.

2. In case an invoice gets overdue, a debt collection procedure is started automatically, against a reduced flat commission rate.

3. Basically, we operate as your intermediate party, and will position ourselves as such. We respect your client relationship and will at any time do our utmost to preserve this. All communication is done in your client's language.
